Cobscook Scallop Market Study: In 2005 the Resource Center commissioned Dr. Kevin Athearn, a natural resource economist at the University of Maine at Machias, to conduct a study of the Cobscook scallop fishery.

Cobscook Bay Drift Study Final Report: The Cobscook Bay Resource Center conducted a field drifter study of circulation patterns in Cobscook Bay.
Identifying Pollutants in Species Regularly Consumed by Native Americans in the Passamaquoddy Bay Region: In 1997, the Resource Center partnered with the Passamaquoddy Tribe at Pleasant Point to complete a toxics monitoring study in Cobscook/Passamaquoddy Bays. Maine Marine Commercial License Data: Each year the Resource Center compares Cobscook Bay with the rest of the State of Maine in terms of marine resource harvesting license sales.
